VLEUTEN - The characteristic Hamtoren in Vleuten, Holland is for sale. The seven-story building is the remnant of a moated castle tower and is first mentioned in a document of 1325. The new owner will have to pay 2.5 million euros. It is on a small island.

I posted some photos of this building a few years ago. Now it's for sale. It comes complete with an artist's studio on the top floor. (7th floor!!!)  I want this.
